Registration opens for next month's classes. Call the FRC where the class is offered to enroll your child. If the class is full, you may ask to be on the wait list. Registration and wait lists do not carry over to the next month - you must register again.

Parent Education Workshop: Goodnight, Baby! - Berylwood Simi Valley FRC

This workshop is designed to help parents with sleep challenges. Discussion will also focus on setting healthy sleep routines to ensure that everyone gets a good night's sleep. Please call 805-552-1214 to sign up. Child care will be provided.

Family Music Together with TrebleMakers (Infants/Toddlers) - at Justin School

The 9:00 am class is for infants and toddlers up to 2 years old. Children will discover a world of music through singing, movement, interactive storytelling, instrument playing, and kick it up a notch to the "Toddler Top 40". This class is taught by TrebleMakers.

A $10.00 fee will be charged for each six-week session. The fee will be collected prior to the start of the first class. Call 805-582-1214 for more information and to sign up.

Produce Giveaway - Berylwood Simi Valley FRC

All are welcome to come to the Berylwood Simi Valley Family Resource Center to pick up free fresh produce! The produce is provided by FOOD Share, Ventura County's food bank, through their Sharing the Harvest Program.

Location: Berylwood Simi Valley Family Resource Center, 2300 Heywood Street, Simi Valley - on the corner of Heywood and Ysrella Streets.

This event usually happens on the 4th THURSDAY of each month, but will be on the 4th WEDNESDAY for November and December only, to avoid conflicting with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

English as a Second Language (ESL) - Berylwood Simi Valley FRC

These English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are especially designed for mothers, fathers, grandparents, and primary care givers of children 0-5 years of age.

Classes are provided by the Simi Valley Adult school, and held at the Berylwood Simi Valley FRC, 2300 Heywood Street, Simi Valley – on the corner of Heywood and Ysrella Streets. Call the Berylwood Simi Valley FRC at 805-582-1214 to sign up.

Playball - Berylwood Simi Valley FRC

For children 3-5 years old. This five-week session instroduces children to sports and focuses on motor development and motor skills. Children get to try out obstacle courses and learn basics such as dribbling and kicking balls. This class is taught by Playball.
